Howell Kline Surveying, LLC is happy to announce its newest Professional Licensed Surveyor, Matthew A. Wayman, PLS! The Pennsylvania Law governing licensure of Surveyors requires a total of 10 years of increasing experience and levels of responsibility to be eligible to sit for the PLS exam. Matt began his surveying career in May of 2004 with R. F. Kline & Associates, Inc., joining Howell Kline Surveying, LLC, at its inception, in March of 2006. Since beginning his career in land surveying and starting on the path to licensure Matt has continually developed the skills necessary for a professional land surveyor. Along the way, Matt attained Certified Survey Technician status, a program administered by the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS), completed college courses in calculus and physics and attended Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors (PSLS) annual conferences and Chapter Meetings. He passed his Land Surveyor in Training (LSIT) exam in October 2011 and his PLS Exam in October of 2016.
