Howell Kline Surveying, LLC (HKS) congratulates Phillip S. Neill, PLS on his achievement of attaining licensure from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a Professional Licensed Surveyor.
The Pennsylvania Law governing licensure of Surveyors requires a total of 10 years of increasing experience and levels of responsibility to be eligible to sit for the PLS exam. Once licensed, 24 hours of mandatory continuing education during each two-year licensure period is required as a condition for biennial renewal.
Phil began his career in surveying in 2002. He joined the staff of HKS in March of 2005 and passed his Land Surveyor in Training (LSIT) certification in July of 2009. Since then Phil has worked to increase his knowledge of all aspects of the Land Surveying Profession and to uphold the high standards of a Licensed Professional. All of us at Howell Kline Surveying, LLC and D.L. Howell & Associates, Inc. congratulate Phil on this outstanding achievement.
